Come join us again in Baton Rouge! We invite you to join us as an exhibitor or vendor at the 2024 Louisiana Speech-Language-Hearing Association (LSHA) Convention to be held on June 7-8, 2024 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Baton Rouge in Baton Rouge, LA. This will be an excellent business opportunity to gain one-on-one contact with practicing speech-language pathologists, audiologists, and students.
New to the convention this year is a student track, welcoming several new faces and future professionals! Our exhibitor hall will continue to be central to the venue with snack and rest breaks nearby. We are also hosting an exhibitor hall scavenger hunt that will ensure increased engagement between your representatives and our attendees.
Two representatives per exhibit booth are authorized to participate in the exhibition. A separate fee of $45.00 for access to the exhibit hall will be required for any additional representatives. Please note that the exhibit hall is open only to registered meeting attendees and exhibitors. Please advise anyone planning to visit your booth during the meeting to plan accordingly.
This convention will be marketed to speech-language pathologists, audiologists, and students in Louisiana and around the country. Most of our professional attendees work in schools, medical settings, private practices, and universities. Participants utilize this conference to obtain continuing education to maintain their state licensure and national certification.
As a thank you for your support and interest in our convention, all registered exhibitors and vendors will be invited to a private reception on Thursday, June 6th as a means to gather and network with other professionals from around the country.
