Come join us in Baton Rouge! We invite you to join us as an exhibitor at the 2023 Louisiana Speech-Language-Hearing Association (LSHA) Convention to be held on June 16-17, 2023, at the Crowne Plaza Executive Center in Baton Rouge, LA. This will be an excellent business opportunity to gain one-on-one contact with practicing SLPs, AUDs, and students.

Exciting changes have been made to the exhibitor hall this year to increase foot traffic and engagement with vendors. Location is key-our exhibitor hall will now be central to all food & beverages during breakfast and all snack breaks. We are also hosting an “exhibitor hall scavenger hunt” that will ensure increased engagement between your representatives and our attendees.

Two representatives per exhibit booth are authorized to participate in the exhibition. A separate fee of $45.00 for access to the exhibit hall will be required for any additional representatives. Please note that the exhibit hall is open only to registered meeting attendees and exhibitors. Please advise anyone planning to visit your booth during the meeting to plan accordingly.

This convention will be marketed to speech-language pathologists, audiologists, and students in Louisiana and around the country. Most of our professional attendees work in schools, medical settings, private practices, and universities. Participants utilize this conference to obtain continuing education to maintain their state licensure and national certification.
